In April 2008, at the request of Archbishop Grant B Williams Jr., a meeting took place with, then Bishop Robert E. Wilson Jr. This lead to the formation of the Master's Circle Christian Fellowship International, Inc. (MCCFI).

The ministers who came together as founders were then  Reverend. Van Jones, Reverend. Lee McClain, Reverend Anthony  Webster, Reverend Larry Powell and Bishop Robert E. Wilson Jr. They met collectively  to form as an Episcopal ministry organization. It was then established that their main priority would be leading others to Jesus Christ and making disciples, while developing leaders. Understanding the growing needs of ministries, they agreed to focus on and enhance leadership and administrative skills for small and medium size churches.

With much prayers and planning, MCCFI was established and incorporated December 9, 2008.

The fellowship was sanctioned at the first convocation in July 2009, by Archbishop Grant B. Willia1ns Jr., Bishop Theodeus Green, (then as) Reverend Anthony Willian1s, Bishop Robert E. Wilson Jr. and Bishop Elbert Williams. Reverend Anthony Webster became the first consecrated Bishop of Master's Circle Christian Fellowship International. The fellowship was sanctioned at the first convocation in July 2010, by Archbishop Grant B. Williams Jr., Bishop Theodeus Green and Bishop Elbert Williams. Reverend Anthony Webster became the first consecrated Bishop of Master's Circle Christian Fellowship International.

Through the years, MCCFI, has been a spiritual and biblical impact on its surrounding communities. Their outreach included donations to clothes closets, food baskets for the holidays, school supplies for the youth, as well as scholarships and education programs. Including the joy of giving holiday gifts to children from single family homes that needed assistance.

MCCFI, is designed and will continue to address the whole church, the whole man while reaching out globally to ministry partners.
